Account data (email), profile data you provide for readings (name, gender, date, time and place of birth), wallet/transaction records, and technical data (device, language). We also use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand how the Service is used — including anonymised usage statistics and session interactions — to improve it. Birth details are treated as sensitive and collected only with your explicit consent.

We do not store your palm images. An uploaded photo is processed in memory to generate your reading and then discarded — only the text reading is saved to your account.

To generate your readings, run your wallet, provide support, and improve the Service. We compute your birth chart from your birth details to make readings accurate. We do not sell your personal data.

We share data only with processors that run the Service: AI providers (to generate readings), payment gateways (to process top-ups), email and hosting providers. They act on our instructions.

You can access, correct, or delete your data, and withdraw consent, at any time by emailing [email protected]. We retain data only as long as needed for the Service and legal obligations.

Data is encrypted in transit; credentials and sessions are protected. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to safeguard your information.
