This Privacy Policy applies to both the Palmist website (palmist.io) and the Palmist AI iOS app available on the Apple App Store.

iOS App
No Login Required. No Tracking. The Palmist AI iOS app does not require any account registration, login, or device identification. We do not collect, store, or track any personal data, device identifiers, usage analytics, or location information through the iOS app. All palm image processing is performed in real-time and images are not stored on our servers.

On the Palmist website, we collect the following information when you choose to create an account:

We collect palm images that you voluntarily upload to our service for the purpose of generating palm readings.

Technical Information (Website Only)

On the website, we may automatically collect certain technical information, including:

The iOS app does not collect any of the above technical information.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • No Permanent Storage: Images are automatically deleted after processing

  • No Human Review: Only our AI system analyzes your images

4. Payment and Subscription Data

Palmist offers premium subscription services through the website and the iOS app:

  • iOS App Payments: All in-app purchases and subscriptions on iOS are processed entirely by Apple through your iTunes Account. We do not collect, store, or have access to your credit card details, payment card numbers, or Apple ID password.
  • Website Payments: Website payments are processed by third-party payment providers (Stripe, PayPal). We do not store your full credit card details on our servers. Payment providers handle all sensitive payment data under their own privacy policies.
  • Subscription Status: We store your subscription status (active/inactive) and expiration date to provide you with the appropriate level of service access.

5. Information Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information or images with third parties, except:

  • Legal Requirements: When required by law or to protect our rights
  • Service Providers: With trusted partners who help operate our service (under strict confidentiality agreements)
  • Payment Processors: Apple (for iOS in-app purchases), Stripe, and PayPal process payments on our behalf. These providers have their own privacy policies governing how they handle your data.
