Palmist is an AI-powered palm reading and spiritual guidance service available on the web and as an iOS app. The service analyzes uploaded images of palms to provide entertainment-based readings, and offers additional features including horoscopes, numerology, dream analysis, and the exclusive "Talk to Celeste" AI astrologer. The service uses artificial intelligence to interpret palm lines and provide insights for entertainment purposes only.

3. Entertainment Purposes Only

Important: All palm readings provided by Palmist are for entertainment purposes only and should not be considered as professional advice, medical consultation, or predictions about your future.

The readings are not intended to replace professional advice in areas such as:

Financial or investment advice

4. User Responsibilities

By using our service, you agree to:

Upload only images of your own palm or palms you have permission to analyze
Not upload inappropriate, offensive, or copyrighted content

5. Image Usage, Privacy and Data Collection

Images uploaded to Palmist are:

Used solely for generating your palm reading
Not stored permanently on our servers
Automatically deleted after processing
Not shared with third parties

iOS App - No Login, No Tracking: The Palmist AI iOS app does not require any account registration, login, or device identification. We do not collect, store, or track any personal data, device identifiers, usage analytics, or location information through the iOS app.

6. Subscription Terms

Auto-Renewable Subscription Information

Palmist AI Pro

Unlock unlimited questions, deep palm analysis, advanced numerology, and exclusive features including Talk to Celeste, your personal AI Astrologer.

Payment

Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.

Renewal

Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Manage Subscriptions

You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Account Settings after purchase.

Cancellations

No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during the active subscription period.

Free Trial

If offered, any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.

Website Subscriptions

Subscriptions purchased through the Palmist website are processed by Stripe or PayPal. You may cancel website subscriptions at any time through your account dashboard. Refund policies for website purchases are detailed in our Refund Policy.

7. Limitations of Liability

Palmist and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service, including but not limited to decisions made based on palm readings.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues.

9. Modifications to Terms
